THE VIRTUAL CONSULTATION PROCESS:

If you’re interested in purchasing a surgical procedure during our promotion then please follow all of the steps below. It’s imperative that you follow all of these steps, during the times indicated.

1. Add this virtual consultation to your online cart. Complete checkout.
2. After checkout you will receive an email with the subject line: “ACTION REQUIRED: NEXT STEPS”
3. That email will contain a link where you will submit your photos and info via our secure server. We must receive your completed submission within a day of your checkout.
4. The surgeon you select (either Dr. Joseph Castellano or Dr. Mindi Giglio) will review your submission to determine candidacy. A patient coordinator from our office will call you with the doctor’s notes and answer any questions you might have.
5. If you decide to proceed, full payment for surgery is required by end of business on Monday, December 1, 2025.
6. Prior to your surgery, you will receive a full consultation and a pre-operative visit with the surgeon you select.
7. Surgical Procedures purchased during the event must be performed between January 20, 2026 – March 31, 2026.

BREAST IMPLANT REVISION AT OUR PRACTICE:

Breast implant revision involves replacing old breast implants with new implants. Often the goal is also to change or improve the appearance of the breasts while updating the implant which can include:

• A breast reduction or lift
• Re-shaping the breast pocket to improve the new implant’s position
• Increasing or decreasing the size and/or projection of the implant to help achieve your ideal breast shape and size.

This surgical procedure is done under general anesthesia and takes approximately 1-2 hours to complete. Most patients return to normal daily activities within 4-5 days and report less discomfort post-operatively than their primary augmentation.

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

Prices are all inclusive and include an in-office consultation, all pre- and post-operative visits, pre-operative lab work and supplement, surgeon’s fee, facility, anesthesia and post-surgical  garments. Patients over the age of 40 will be required to have an EKG within 6 months of surgical date which we can order on your behalf.

All surgical procedures are performed at our state of the art surgical facility.  Our on-site operating rooms are licensed by the State of Florida. We utilize only board certified anesthesiologists and an experienced surgical nursing staff.
