BREAST AUGMENTATION AT OUR PRACTICE:
Breast augmentation involves using breast implants to increase the size of your breasts. This procedure can also restore breast volume lost after weight loss or pregnancy, achieve enhancement in breast size and improve asymmetry of natural breasts. This surgical procedure is done under general anesthesia and takes approximately 1-2 hours to complete. Most patients return to normal daily activities within 4-5 days.

WHAT’S INCLUDED:
Prices are all inclusive and include an in-office consultation, all pre- and post-operative visits, pre-operative lab work and supplement, surgeon’s fee, facility, anesthesia and post-surgical garments. Patients over the age of 40 will be required to have an EKG within 6 months of surgical date which we can order on your behalf.
All surgical procedures are performed at our state of the art surgical facility. Our on-site operating rooms are licensed by the State of Florida. We utilize only board certified anesthesiologists and an experienced surgical nursing staff.
THE VIRTUAL CONSULTATION PROCESS:
If you’re interested in purchasing a surgical procedure during our promotion then please follow all of the steps below. It’s imperative that you follow all of these steps, during the times indicated.
- Visit this website during the event (April 16 – 20). (SIGN UP HERE TO GET A REMINDER)
- Select the surgical procedure you’re interested in.
- Add the virtual consultation to your online cart. The virtual consultation is complimentary, however, you must complete checkout for next steps.
- After checkout you will receive an email with the subject line: “ACTION REQUIRED: NEXT STEPS”
- That email will contain a link where you will submit your photos and info via our secure server. We must receive your submission within a day of checkout.
- The surgeon you select (either Dr. Castellano or Dr. Giglio) will review your submission to determine candidacy. A patient coordinator will call you with the doctor’s notes and answer any questions you might have.
- If you decide to proceed, payment for surgery is required by end of business on Monday, April 20, 2026. We accept Visa, AMEX, MC, Discover, Care Credit and Cherry Payment Plans.
- Prior to your surgery, you will receive a full consultation and a pre-operative visit.
- Surgical Procedures purchased during the event must be performed between June 2, 2026 – August 27, 2026.
