OUR MOMMY MAKEOVERS:

A mommy makeover is a customized set of procedures to help you look your best. Dr. Castellano will tailor each mommy makeover to the patient, so no two procedures will be exactly alike. However, there are several procedures that can be commonly included in mommy makeover: breast augmentation, breast lift, tummy tuck or a lipo-based tummy tuck. This surgical procedure is done under general anesthesia and can take between 3 to 5 hours to complete. Most patients return to normal daily activities within 7-10 days.

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

Prices are all inclusive and include an in-office consultation, all pre- and post-operative visits, pre-operative lab work and supplement, surgeon’s fee, facility, anesthesia and post-surgical  garments. Patients over the age of 40 will be required to have an EKG within 6 months of surgical date which we can order on your behalf.

All surgical procedures are performed at our state of the art surgical facility.  Our on-site operating rooms are licensed by the State of Florida. We utilize only board certified anesthesiologists and an experienced surgical nursing staff.

THE VIRTUAL CONSULTATION PROCESS:

If you’re interested in purchasing a surgical procedure during our promotion then please follow all of the steps below. It’s imperative that you follow all of these steps, during the times indicated.

1. Visit this website during the event (April 25 – 29). (SIGN UP HERE FOR A REMINDER)
2. Select your surgical procedure of interest.
3. *Add the $50 virtual consultation to your online cart. Complete checkout.
4. After checkout you will receive an email with the subject line: “ACTION REQUIRED: NEXT STEPS”
5. That email will contain a link where you will submit your photos and info via our secure server. We must receive your submission within a day.
6. Dr. Castellano will review your submission to determine candidacy. Someone from our office will call you with the doctor’s notes and answer any questions you might have.
7. **Full payment is required by end of business on Monday, April 29.
8. Prior to your surgery, you will receive a full consultation and a pre-operative visit.
9. Surgical Procedures purchased during the event must be performed between June 17 – July 31, 2024.

*In the event that you don’t qualify for your surgical procedure of interest, or do not wish to proceed, then the $50 you paid will stay on your account at Castellano Cosmetic Surgery. It can be used on any product or procedure.

**Surgical procedures can be paid with any major credit card(s), cash and check. Care Credit or other financing is not available for our promotions.
